About the house
The Stone House and the kitchen have been designed to meet all comfort requirements. The main building is air-conditioned in summer, and can be heated with electric wall panels and air conditioning in autumn and winter. The two parts of the building are separate , and you have to take a few steps in the open air between the kitchen and the main building. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. You can grill in the garden, but we also have a fireplace.
Drinking water
There is no running water on the mountain. The water needed for showering and washing dishes is provided by treated water stored in a cistern, which is not recommended for drinking. Bottled mineral water is available in the kitchen for cooking, making coffee and drinking water.
Internet, TV
There is no internet or television in the Stone House, as we believe that these hinder complete relaxation and immersion in the natural environment.
Check-in and check-out
The accommodation can be occupied from 15:00, and must be left by 10:00.
We welcome even the smallest children (comfortable accommodation for up to 2 children), but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
The accommodation fee and the 500 HUF / person / night tourist tax (IFA) are paid in advance by bank transfer.
Access, Parking
The Stone House is located in a mountainous area, on the highest street in Badacsonytomaj. In autumn, winter and early spring, it can only be reached via a slippery, steep road through the forest , so it is worth arriving before dark!
You can park in front of the house, if a second parking space is needed, you can also park on the street, 30m from the building.
After booking, we will provide precise instructions on how to find and enter the house.
Booking and cancellation conditions
The reservation can be canceled at any time up to 14 days before arrival, in which case the full reservation fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 13 to 8 days, 50% of the reservation fee will be charged, in case of cancellation within 7 days, the full reservation fee will be charged.
If for any reason you have to leave the accommodation early, unfortunately we are unable to refund your money.
For guest registration, we will need photos of your address and ID card due to our data reporting obligation to the NTAK (National Tourism Data Service Center).
