Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days before arrival: full refund.

Cancellations 8–13 days before arrival: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 7 days: no refund.

Early departure: no refund available.
Payment and Invoicing
Accommodation fees and the local tourist tax (HUF 500/person/night) must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
Invoices are issued to the address provided during booking or on the booking platform. No refunds are given for early departure.
Liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the property or violation of house rules. We are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM, according to emailed instructions.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Before arrival, please read our house rules and present the required documents for NTAK registration (ID/passport + address card). We can also welcome you in person if needed.
At check-out:

Return keys to the safe and inform us of your departure time.

Close windows and doors, turn off lights and air conditioning.
Accommodation Usage

Only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay at the property.

Extra beds for children under 6 years old are free, by prior arrangement.

Please respect the quiet surroundings: quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Visitors or strangers are not allowed.

The upstairs large window can be partially darkened with blinds but not fully; please consider this when booking.

No WiFi or TV – the goal is a digital-free, nature-connected experience.
Parking
Parking is available in front of the house. Please do not block traffic. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
Water Use
Drinking water comes from a cistern. Tap water is treated but not recommended for drinking; please use the bottled water provided for drinking and cooking.
Please conserve water (short showers, turn off taps when brushing teeth, etc.).
Use of Facilities

Use all equipment responsibly. Do not move furniture without permission.

Do not remove furniture, bedding, or blankets from the building.
Heating and Cooling

Both houses have electric radiators.

The main building also has air conditioning with heating function.

Air conditioning is used for cooling; the kitchen remains cool due to the cellar.
Securing the Property
Please close windows and doors when leaving to prevent water damage and unauthorized access.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. The property is open and unfenced, and the building is not suitable for animals.
Cleaning
Guests receive a clean house. Please maintain tidiness.
For stays longer than 5 days, cleaning and linen change are available upon request.
Waste Disposal

Household waste: black bin next to the house (bags under the sink).

Recyclables: paper, plastic, glass, and metal – we handle sorting and disposal.
Smoking

Smoking, candles, and incense are prohibited indoors.

Smoking is allowed only in the yard.
Fire and Cooking Outdoors

Fires only in designated areas and following fire safety rules.

Before leaving, ensure the fire is completely extinguished.
Emergencies and Incidents

Fire extinguisher: kitchen, next to the water dispenser (Fire: 105).

First aid kit: bathroom, under the sink (Ambulance: 112).

Lost keys: report immediately; replacement costs are the guest’s responsibility.

House Rules Violation
The owners reserve the right to refuse service or request immediate departure for guests who violate house rules.
